Let?s Get a Casino Up in This Piece
Have you voted yet today? Oh, you?re gonna pop out of work early and do it? Right. Me, too. So I was looking at the ballot to get myself psyched up for it. And, whoa, what?s this Proposition 3? How come I?m just now becoming aware of this? It says:
Should the Texas Legislature allow the people of Texas to vote to legalize casino gambling with all funds generated being used only for education?
Yes! Yes, it should. Let?s make this happen, Texas.
Here are my top three spots to put a casino in Dallas: the old Crozier Tech building, the soon-to-be-vacant Museum of Nature and Science campus at Fair Park, and Winfrey Point (I know I said all that stuff about how we need to preserve it, but, come on, we?re talking about a casino ? with gambling).
